The Geological Surveys of Norway hosts an excellent mapping service where you can find terrain maps, depth charts as well as detailed satellite imagery of all of Norway. A virtual gold mine for someone looking for a new fishing mark, or to plan the next trip.

Unfortunately the site is in Norwegian only. So here is a small user manual for you:

1. To zoom in, simply drag the mouse over the map while holding the left mouse button, and a square will form. Let go of the left mouse button, and the map will be zoomed in to the area of the box you made.
2. To see a depth chart of the area you chose, you click “Kart” on the left hand side of the map. Then click “dybdedata”, and a depth chart will automatically appear, with more detail the more you zoom in.
3. If you want satellite imagery of the area you have zoomed into, as above, but choose “Norge i bilder”.
4. If you want to zoom out, choose the “-” hourglass from the icon menu in the map.

That’s pretty much it.
