Made another trip to the old warehouse quay. And improved the site a i bit by jamming a couple planks down by the edge. So no need to purchase an expensive rod rest here. Cod knows I could use the money. Well…I got my mind set for a new rod and reel for the sea trout, that is supposed to be abbundant in the area.

Anyway, there was a fairly good blow yesterday. So I waited with assembling my lure caster. But the surf rod got baited up with frozen prawns from the supermarket.

But alas there was no takers. So in the end, to save me from a total blank I started chugging out lead lures, and soon had a tiny saithe on.
